DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Tear off a generous strip of Acti-Bliss blister prevention wool.
- Place or wrap it around the area of hotspot on your foot prior to any blisters forming.
- Do not strap or tape down.
- Hold in place and gently put your sock on ensuring the wool remains in place.
- Once your sock is on, the wool will bond with the sock and stay in place.
