Ansco Steplock Buckle 19mm

This is used to control the length of a piece of material. It can be fed through one way, but locks when pulled in the other. However lifting the end releases the locking action.
The Step Lock is self locking at one end for quick adjustment. The other end needs sewing, or use of a Tri-Glide.
