Leaders will issue the badge to members.
The Messengers of Peace is a World Scouts Initiative to acknowledge service to the community. The badge may be worn by youth members and leaders after they have performed their chosen community service project, and have this project registered with the Messengers of Peace on the World Scouts homepage www.scout.org
